Personal Service: While I have a small staff who works with me, as the business Founder, I maintain direct contact with ALL clients and prospective clients. I promise that I won't turn you over to an associate.
Client Case Studies | Testimonials: I can provide demonstrations of my company's work during our consultation. These website owners have generously allowed me to use their websites as examples, but only with serious client prospects who contact me.
They aren't interested in broadcasting their strategies to just anyone, including their competitors. I'm sure you understand and would feel the same way.
Types of Clients I Work With: Well, my passion is helping medium and small businesses -- including adequately funded solo professionals and new business start ups -- to successfully market their products or services online, when they may have not thought that possible.
Whether "brick and mortar" establishments wishing to acquire new retail or wholesale customers or Internet-based businesses wanting to generate direct sales, sales leads and/or email opt-in or RSS subscribers, my services produce measurable results, that are very cost-effective.
Working with other Internet Professionals and SEOs: I do accept work from other Internet professionals, including other Internet Marketing Consultants, SEOs and Web Designers | Developers, contracting out work for their clients.

How I Conference: I use GoToMeeting® to conference with clients and prospective clients. We can look at websites together, you can see what's on my monitor and then for voice, we either use GTM's internal VoIP service or our phones.
There is no cost to you for GTM service, since I'm a paid subscriber.
How I Charge for Services: Depending on the work performed, the charge is either hourly or by the job. Free quotes are provided.
The pricing is geared towards serving the types of businesses who often aren't catered to by traditional Internet Marketing | SEO companies.

Payment is made securely through PayPal®.
Contracts: Unlike most competitors, I don't require you to make a long-term commitment, by signing a contract. I feel contracts are usually one-sided, to the disadvantage of the client. My services are effective and VERY fairly priced compared to other providers.
I have no difficulty maintaining client loyalty and don't need a contract to force clients to stay with me.
Favorite Thing about Internet Marketing: In some instances, watching my clients actually double and triple their income, better providing for their family. And then there's the "beating your competitors" part. :-)
How My Better Business Bureau Membership Affects You
I joined my local BBB, so you could feel more comfortable working with me. Often, people contact me because they've had trouble with another Internet Marketing | SEO service provider.
The BBB doesn't just accept every business that applies for membership. They conduct a background check, check with local, state and national regulators (where applicable) and check business references.
Once accepted for membership, the business also has to maintain certain standards, including properly responding to any complaints filed. Members that don't continue to meet these standards do not remain a member of the BBB.
Companies not complying have their membership revoked, due to failure to meet the BBB Code of Business Practices (accreditation standards).
Membership requires a significant annual financial investment to support the consumer programs and services of the BBB.
